Our 12-Week, Fall Iyengar Yoga Session begins

It has been said, “Success follows the one who practices yoga.” at the center for iyengar Yoga we are committed to helping our students develop a personal (or home) yoga practice. To support this, we offer our classes in a progressive, multi-week fashion (known as “Sessions”). Much like a University course, there is “in-class” time that is designed to be supplemented by personal practice. This regularity not only ensures the practices are learned safely and effectively, it also builds consistency which is key to progress. We feel the “sessions” approach to teaching yoga is the best way to ensure that our students gain the maximum benefit from practicing yoga. Please click here to view our 2019 fall Schedule of Classes.
